Rachel is a Business Change Enablement Manager at Grant Thornton. As a change management practitioner, she works on large-scale business transformations relating to technology, organizational and business process change. Rachel is also a leader in her firm’s women's business resource group and organizes events and programs to help with the recruitment, retention, and promotion of women.
Rachel grew up in the Greater Philadelphia area. After graduating from Penn State with Bachelors in Economics and Psychology, she moved back to Philly and settled in the Fairmount area. This is Rachel's third year on the YIP board, and she is looking forward to connecting with young Philadelphians across the city. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking, traveling, and discovering new restaurants and neighborhoods.
