Emily Sabol Splaine

Emily grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and moved to the Philly suburbs to attend Villanova University. After spending a year away from the area, she migrated back to Philly and stayed. While working on her Master’s Degree at Villanova, Emily began her career in the Philly non-profit and museum worlds with positions at the Union League Legacy Foundation as the Program and Education Coordinator and at the Museum of the American Revolution as an Educator.

Currently, Emily works at the National Constitution Center as the Curatorial Assistant where she works with the Exhibits team to maintain current exhibit galleries and artifact rotations, and manage its collections database and loan records.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, sipping coffee, and time with friends and family. Emily is passionate about public history and education, civic engagement, and accessibility.

Emily is Vice President of the Board.
